The company is engaged in the wholesale distribution of fishing equipment. It was incorporated in January of 1948 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Eibar, Spain. The company primarily sells the following products: fishing tackle; fishing reels, such as conventional reels, spinning reels, and baitcast reels; fishing rods, such as rod building components, conventional rods, and spinning rod; and fishing lures, such as skirted trolling lures, hard and soft bodied lures, teasers and birds, spreader bars, dredges and high-speed trolling weights, and casting and vertical jigs. In addition, the company sells fishing accessories, such as harnesses and fishing belts, fish scales and drag scales, line and leader spoolers / dispensers, fishing knives and sharpeners, and fishing tackle storage.
